Food Porn: Pork Chops Galore

A quick sneak peeks of my dinner tonight. I can smell the aroma of them from the inside of our house. I had a quick break from teaching online, so I was able to push my younger brother to grill them well. As usual, I eat my dinner at midnight. Are you fond of barbecues? Are you craving any food in mind now?

I refrain from eating pork dishes few days ago. There's an area here where swines were infected with African swine fever. Only one Barangay but those who are raising near from it which is covered by the certain radius for restrictions butchered their pigs before they are to killed by authorities. I love grilled pork though.

I heard about it. Luckily, the meat vendor is a close friend of ours. He guaranteed that the meat was being tested and certified.
