So I had some walk today. In fact all of us in the family. I have a back ache in my lower back but it is not due to today's walk. The fact is that many years back, I had a terrible back ache and some twist perhaps. I had to undergo Physiotherapy for a few weeks then. I was advised to avoid heavy lifting, do regular exercise and take care of my back. I do take care but one cannot remember always and perhaps I did some heavy lifting. I would need to take some care now. Anyways, it was a bit sad to see India losing the 1st ODI vs Aussies at Sydney by 66 runs. Aaron Finch, David Warner and Steve Smith along with Maxwell were in terrific form. Aussies made 374 runs. India tried to accelerate after early setbacks, with Shikhar Dhawan's 74 and Hardik Pandya's 90, but India fell quite short and made 308. Last I have started a new novel. More on that soon. Time for me to stop Mylot for today, read a bit of the novel and go to sleep. Time here is : 22:44 . Have a great weekend ahead!!

Glad you can still read novels. Reading is difficult for me now. I just couldn't adjust my eyes with glasses. The lower back also gives me aches and I avoid lifting heavy things. Walking is beneficial the the physical being. So, what novel are you currently perusing?

@eileenleyva Things look a bit better but will take time. I hope that your condition gets better. I am reading Robert Ludlum's Bancroft Strategy.

@eileenleyva Are you undergoing any treatment through any eye drops or medicines? I think that could help.

@eileenleyva You need to limit your screen time for improvement in this case.

I'm sorry for your pain. I've started to have a mysterious back pain myself, and I keep hoping it will just go away. Meanwhile I'm trying not to lift too many book boxes around.

@bagarad Yes one needs to be careful about heavy lifting. At times however, one needs to do so in certain situations.

Lift from the knees when you have to. I learned my lesson, too.

@DianneN At times we have the tendency to become careless. But still I would try to be more careful now.

Australia did well in the cricket. Hopefully India will fight back hard in the next match.
