I found that i have been extra sensitive to things and people. Sometimes social media can become so toxic. Now that it is the holidays, how do you balance being safe and social? Humans need humans to human but this year has made out basic human needs have been violated. am I right?

It is important to feel alive in the real world, most people forget about this and give their whole life to social media, this is a toxic life that must be changed immediately, a good decision for you to take a short break and unwind, don't connect with cellphones and Internet

Yes I think so. Social media causes distant people to feel close (virtually) but what is near (reality) feels far away.

Well, luckily, I have a personality that is comfortable when alone, or among other people ! I am just as happy all alone for days, months, even years, because I don't depend on anybody for anything! And I can be just as comfortable among other people, towns, cities, because I am very sociable, and talkative ! I enjoy that also !

If you feel that you can't live without social media, something is very wrong. I've never been active on facebook. I lead a happy, facebook-free life. I'm on myLot and that's it.

We have been very limited in seeing other people this year. Over the summer it was not so bad as we spent a lot of time outside and were able to see friends in the park and such. Now I am finding it more difficult.

I still meet my family, but not my friends. We only communicate through phone. Video call and messages. For me it's not really different. I like staying at home even before pandemic. But I could understand if social person being frustrated because of this ppandemic.
