Happy 1st and happy December.

Beginning of this month is good for me. I did my work, did workout, had a check on my diet and ate healthy diet and walked a lot. The journey is going to be changed for me this time since I have a lot to do on my list and I have begun the journey.

I have planned to sleep on time today and wake up early tomorrow. The weather is cold here and am enjoying it. How is your 1st going?

Glad that you enjoy it, a lot of people complain about cold weather. My December 1st went fine. I did my groceries shopping and lazying around.

We have only 8°C today and too cold. We had our internet back only this evening and I miss being online. I am still replying to the discussions I have written. No internet for us last weekend until this evening.

Happy December, I'm glad your off to a good start. I have so many goals this month. Too many things to remember. I'm taking things slowly one at a time. I need to find a way to sleep early at night. In fact I need more sleep.
