A little bedtime snack and myLot

I slept a little early and I woke up at around 12 .I did some extra income onlinhe works and then logged in to myLot. I got a little hungry so I got this for myself. Chips and brownies plus water. They taste good . Salty and sweet and then I drank lots of water. I will be returning to sleep in a little while . Hope everbody will have a nice day ahead !

@iKONICNoona I usually go for salty, which makes my cardiologist unhappy since I am on a salt restriction. lol

@porwest Yeah me too ! It can be a past time or anything for me , sweet , salty or spicy I like them all .

@porwest Oh you better be really careful , always drink water after eating so that your body can flush out excess salt and if you have msintenance medicines be sure to take it regularly as prescribed by your doctor.

@iKONICNoona When hubs and I dated, we ate chips followed by chocolate, and then ice cream.
