And it could be an end of the deal too. This is between the people making a deal but somewhere in the course of the discussion there's a little disagreement. Disagreement that might affect the result of the deal when both party would like to insist their sides. Unfortunately one got angry or walk out leaving the other in dismay.

Disagreements could be worked out, actually. It's a matter of sorting out the facts and working towards a solution beneficial to both parties,

@ZedSmart All for good reason. Any thing ill must be eradicated before the deal is sealed. Everything could be worked out with facts and reason.

Did this happen in your place sometime ago? it happens all the time. But this is why I prefer not to argue, i might end up walking out.
