Playing Safe

I now believed that it's not ideal most of the time. A person must speak and air his/her side even if it will cost something. But, how can a person deliver his thoughts without being offensive? Without being labeled negatively? Or it's just part of the prize or consequences for getting involved? Are we going to play like a hammer that hits the nails head all the time? Regardless of which sides of the situation we are taking into?

What do you mean by "it's not ideal most of the time"?

To play safe always because we need to voice out our thoughts on matters.

It must be worth it to get involved and voice your thoughts on the situation.

I'll find my courage perhaps depending on the situations and that audience. Thank you.

I also find it difficult so I just find myself unheard most of the time.

someone is offended by what we say because what we say is true, if we convey it in a good way. I also often play it safe, so that there are no problems and other obstacles arise.

Sometimes, even if we deliver politely, the recipient misunderstood it and always finds fault on us.
