Gloomy weather... Something to cheer up...

Good Morning Saturday from this side of the planet. It's 11:40 AM here and I can still call it morning We all woke up to another wet gloomy morning with clouds and drizzle. But now I can see clear clouds and we can hope for some sunshine Two cyclones Nivaar and Burevi hit the neighborhood state in last one week. One of them hit yesterday afternoon. And we get all the pre and post effects of the cyclones in neighborhood. So we have clouds, rain and drizzle since the beginning of the month. There were red alerts and enough safety measures were taken as precautions. Millions of people were evacuated in time. Even our city was on red alert for rain and floods in low lying areas. Fortunately, these strong cyclones weakened into strong storms at last moment and that was a big relief. Weather is chill with cold breeze. I worked on Saturday today and just now got over with my classes. Will now head to kitchen for cooking lunch in some time. The gloomy weather since last week is quite depressing. But now I can see the sun coming out. And if it's bright enough, I will bask in sun post lunch and read some book My aunt shared this picture from her garden. She made a small pond using her old bathtub and bought some lotus seeds. Now they are in bloom. This picture brightened up my mood. She has a big property and a lovely garden and kitchen garden. She is passionate about gardening and her experiment with lotus seeds worked Leaving you with this image. I wish I had space for such pond and beautiful lotus.
