my neck hurts

good morning, happy sunday y'all.
i woke up with a pain on my neck, well it doesnt bother me that much but i feel pain on my neck. i think its because my wrong position when i slept last night.
for today, i have a plan to do shopping, if i dont change my mind or my mood changes.

Well i have a sore neck today, why? because i feel asleep in my chair with my head down. Woke up and boy my neck was killing me, but it passed.
I have to agree the pain even worse when you wake up that way, it last longer, I think.
