December 6th - Life Update

How is everybody doing? Been a busy weekend here so haven't been online much.
Took Eli to see his first movie in the theater Saturday night. We saw Croods 2. It was actually pretty good. Eli behaved very well too.
Saturday we went down to visit my great-grandma (who is 96) and Eli got to play with his cousin (who is 12). When he turns 13 I just hope he still wants to spend time with him. They have lots of fun right now.
My Grandpa, who I have shared a lot about his health stuff this past year, is not doing much better. He has been falling a lot, dehydrated, still seems to be losing weight, etc. He also wants to just stay in bed 24/7. He will get another infusion Friday...but I don't think just once a month is enough right now.
Anyways...just thought I'd do a little update. The photo is one I colored in a coloring app :)

It was nice to go to one and be able to take Eli....last one we went to was when Eli was less than a year and his grandma babysat....so haven't gone in 6 years!
Thank you, I am hoping they can help him today at his doctor appointment. I think a lot of his problems currently are he is dehydrated - but he refuses to drink anything

I thought it would be a nice one to share this month. Thank you, but he's been sick most of the year...so think it may take him a while to recover. My son Eli is 7 years old now.

I know I haven't been around much...this weekend was just super busy! Thank you, I am sorry he is not too...was hoping the infusions would help, but maybe he just needs a lot more.

It is okay, just hope he starts showing some improvements.
That does make sense, for sure...I didn't think it'd be that good of a movie, but it was pretty good!

Glad to share them when I can....I hope to be back here more often in January. Thank you, was hoping he'd be doing much better by now....he sees his regular doctor today and they can discuss things that could maybe help him
