Today we got the Keto Box for December in the mail. It comes once a month until you cancel the subscription. I think we plan to do it for 6 months, and then try one of the other ones out there. I am pretty content with what was in this months box (as you can see in the photo). It is more snacky than other months,but not complaining. I think I will like 7 out of the 10 items. Usually there are more than 10, but I think there is only 10 because they are mostly bigger items. So, what is in the box (plus price and carbs)? How About That Snacks: Trail Mix (nuts, coconut and chocolate) - $20 for 3 packs. 6 total carbs per serving; 3 net. Slim Fast Keto Bombs: Strawberry Topped Cheesecake - $10 for a box of 14 treats. 8 total carbs for 1 treat; 2 net carbs Bright Fox: Sparkling Cucumber & Mint Water - $80 for a pack of 24 bottles (or $3.33 each) 1 total carb; 1 net carb. Notty: Peppermint Bark - $6.99. 13 total carbs per serving; 2 net carbs. Superfat: Double Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies -$14.99 for a box of 3 bags of cookies. 13 total carbs per serving; 4 net carbs. High Key Mini Cookies: Peanut Butter flavor - $23.89 for 6 packs. 12 total carbs per serving; 2 net carbs. Legendary Foods: Strawberry pastry (like a poptart) - $24.99 for 10 pastries (so about $2.50 for one pastry). 21 total carbs for 1 pastry; 4 net carbs. Keto Queen Kreations: Chocolate Cake Mix - $14.99. 17 total carbs per serving; 1 net carb. Need to add sour cream, an egg, and milk of choice (or water). Shrewd Foods: Dark Chocolate covered Protein Puffs - $2.50. 13 total carbs per serving; 2 net carbs. Duncan Hines: Walnut Fudge Brownie mug cake. $1.98 at Walmart. 33 total carbs/ 5 net carbs. I wish they would have added something in place of the Duncan Hines mug cake because I can buy those at Walmart....I want to try things that I can't get at the store easily. Also, a different drink would be better.... Is there anything from this box you'd like to try? I will review things when I try them...I know you probably are thinking what about the last 2 boxes? Well, haven't tried many of the items yet because I am waiting until January to try them.
