In a previous post I mentioned that "After (I folded and put away some laundry" I did something that's going to get it's own post."
Sorry it took me so long, but anyway...
Tuesday before last, I was given a bag of apples. I couldn't eat them fast enough, and they started to get mushy, so I found an easy Apple Crisp recipe on line and that's where the apples wound up.
I had a piece after lunch. Turned out pretty tasty.

Ever since my older sister learned how to make it in home ec, it's been a favorite in my family, but I haven't made any in a while. I don't like using the large electric oven.
