You hate it when someone makes you wait...

I hope you don't but I do when someone let me wait for several minutes. When you say you're on the way, it should be you're really coming and on your way. Somebody does it tonight with me and I'm still waiting. The problem is the person I am waiting is my boss.

I agree with you. It is frustrating to wait for somebody. If it is your boss it is all the more so because you can't express your frustration too.

That's right. At least we can air our sentiment but I'm sure we won't dare.

@ZedSmart Oh dear. That is far too long. I would be very cross after an hour.

I hate waiting. People should learnt to be punctual, which is not a common trait here. If they say they'll meet you at 8, they might come hours later. I really don't like those kind people.

@ZedSmart we only have this term, 'janji Melayu', direct translation would 'Malay promise', which is referring to such behaviour. Certainly not something I would be proud of. Also, I don't think race got anything to do with not being punctual. It's the people themselves.

We have this term "Filipino time" and that refers to coming later than the agreed or set time. I didn't think it's also common there.
