Lazy relaxed mood....

Good morning Saturday from this side of planet
It's 7:15 AM here and I woke up well rested at 7 after a good sleep of 6 hours. It's a cloudy and cold morning.
House is quiet. Husband and younger one are still fast asleep while older one is getting ready for her Saturday school. I have put some mantra chanting. I thought to start my day with this postbefore I get busy with anything else.
Not much plans ahead. I will finish few chores till husband gets up and we have plans to go for morning walk after our tea. Other than cooking and doing two loads of laundry, I have kept nothing on my chores list. I will read, mylot and work on puzzle with my younger daughter. We are halfway through and it's getting easier now. We should be able to finish it in a couple of days and then share it here
I plan to spend some good time in cyberspace today and knock off the 200 notifications here. The oldest ones are from 14 Dec.
Now I leave you with this image. I forgot to make a post around it on the same day. It's a decoration ( rangoli) that I made on 30 November. That was a special day of full moon of Hindi Karthik month( called Karthik purnima). It's an auspicious day and known as " Dev Diwali". It's believed that God descends from heaven to earth and we welcome him with these lights and decorations. People also light lamps to show respect to their loved ones who are departed and are in heavenly abode. This picture is of daytime when I just finished decorating it. I have another one from evening time when lights are lit.

1: The Rangoli looks awesome.
2: I did start a cricket discussion and still could not believe the Indian Test team's score of 36.
3: I was in fact ultra lazy today morning.
4: I plan to be ultra lazy and sloth like tomorrow morning.
Please note I am ultra lazy these mornings and sometimes lazy, else I am a hard working fellow.

I am still trying to knock them off. New ones keep coming on top of it. Mylotting needs a lot of time.
We all have nice traditions in our culture. We just need to preserve them and pass on. They are getting lost in this fast paced world.
