Good Morning!
I did not want to get out of bed this morning at 6:20 AM, but I had to because I knew I needed to get to the grocery store. I was happy to find Allulose Sugar at the kitty (the grocery store I go to) and so I can definitely make the keto pumpkin bars now.
Keep your fingers and toes crossed for me please
I just found a second gen Iphone SE (so released this year) at a decent price and bought it. I hope that it will work with my carrier and that it will be in the condition represented by the seller. It's supposed to be here around the 28th.
I have lots I need to get done today, so I'm not sure how much I'll be online.

@LadyDuck There is one sugar, I think it's the swerve, that has an almost peppermint aftertaste. It isn't pleasant.

Yes, I don't know a lot about it but I've heard it's supposed to be one of the healthiest. There are several recipes that call for it and I believe we used some when we made cookies a few weeks ago.

@ScribbledAdNauseum There are many sugar alternatives, hard to find one that has not a weird taste. I like the raw cane sugar, I never add sugar to my coffee, I only use sugar for my cakes.

@CarolDM I think cream cheese might be in the recipe, I can't quite remember. Actually, that might be the icing, but I'm not sure if I'll do the icing.

It's essentially one of those sugars that is supposed to course through the body without causing any inflammation or anything like that. I don't know a lot about it, but from what I heard you basically pee most of it out.

I never heard of Allulose sugar. I bought some Swerve conectioners yesterday for the Keto PB fudge. Good luck with your iPhone purchase.

Allulose is.. Well, I don't know a whole bunch about it but it's supposed to be really easy to digest and hardly touches the blood sugar.

@Tina30219 I just checked a few minutes ago and it's in Gsboro, which is about forty five minutes away. It's scheduled to be here tomorrow and I sincerely hope it will be. I don't want it sitting in a cold warehouse for a few days.

The store's actual name is Food Lion, but we call it 'the kitty', 'the food kitty' or just 'kitty'
