Santa Claus visits a young girl who is battling cancer in Pennsylvania

This story is kind of bittersweet since Madeline Hewitt who is four years of age who is battling cancer since the summer had a visit from Santa Claus and members of the Stroud Area Regional Police to cheer her up during her health challenge.
The community team up with Santa Claus to give Madeline a parade outside of her home as a way to encourage Madeline to get well soon.
Chris Hewitt who is the father of Madeline really appreciated the outpour of love and support from the police, firefighters and the businesses to give Madeline her gifts for Christmas.
I am hoping that Madeline recovers from her illness since she has a wonderful life ahead of her.

I hope Madeline heals from cancer too. Sweet that the community supports her and her family.
Our little town has been supporting 8 year old Quinton who the doctors said this would be his last Christmas. He was diagnosed back in the spring, went through surgery, chemo and radiation. They found out about a week ago cancer is back and all over his little body. There is nothing that they can do for him. Our town is hurting for this sweet family.
I can't even begin to imagine what a parent goes through when a child is sick.
