the noble value of honesty is worthless

on my campus, when students do the exam honestly the scores they get are always low, no matter how hard and hard they study, and those who cheat when examining them actually have higher scores.
even students who drop out are filled with honest and kind students, this actually makes them frustrated.
and in the end, many honest students cheat for a high score, because indeed on my campus there is no special value for honesty.
if you do not pass the test, it means we will be labeled lazy and stupid, even though behind that there are all the things we struggle with
What do you think? honest students always suffer

@youfiq can they prove they can do the job after they're hired? Or they going to cheat again? For how long? The rest of their life? Do you want to be hired because your score is high, your CPGA is 4.0 but in reality you can't even do a simple skill?
For example, you study Computer Science. You pass with flying colours. You land a job with high salary. But when you start working you're having trouble to complete a simple programming task assign in a group task. The seniors have to help. They begin to doubt whether you understand a simple logic. How? Maybe it's because it's never you who learn how to do it.
I'm not pointing at anyone but this is a likely scenario. It may or may not happened.

but what do you think if value is an important parameter to get a job call?
even those with low scores will not be eligible to register because high academic achievement index scores are included in administrative requirements.
so yes, of course those who score high because of cheating will be accepted first
isn't that skill can only be proven if we've been hired?

It seems this is the way of life today in the world. The wicked ones get all the rewards here on earth. But in the eternity, the last shall be first and the first shall be last. Amen.
