I woke up with a burning sensation in my scalp

I'm not sure what is it but there's a little bump in my scalp and likely a pimple. I hate that sensation and it did not respond to the anti antibacterial cream I applied. The burning sensation just stop few more minutes after I done bathing but the bump is still there until now.

@DianneN Thank you Ms.D. Sometimes it became itchy and I want to give a good scratch but I hold on as I don't want to get it infected and cause me more trouble.

I'm the same too, I have lots of pimples on my head and it feels very itchy, sometimes even if I scratch it it will burn too, maybe we should go to a specialist
