Growing up, my parents made me. Now, I don't. If you make an effort to eat regurally and stay active, you don't need them.

no, vitamins do not make us live longer, just protect our organs from failure. I take milk thistle to detoxify my liver from toxins.

I don't need to take vitamins because I eat a varied diet which is getting back to being healthy. There shouldn't be "side effects" of taking vitamins unless you take too many of them but that's essentially an overdose and can kill you very quickly

I don’t think taking vitamins alone will help me live longer. I do take extra vitamin D because I don’t get enough fork the sun it’s self. My youngest takes iron, and my husband takes vitamin D as well.

I take a vitamin C and D each morning to help me from getting colds/flu. Haven't had either in over 15 years now. Do I think they will make me live longer, no but while I am living they help me stay healthier.

I prefer to use vitamin C from natural ingredients such as fruits rather than synthetic vitamin C which has many side effects. Moreover, without a doctor's prescription, you can enjoy a piece of citrus fruit with high vitamin C content to make it healthy and free of side effects.

Medicine has three poisons. I don't take it often. It's bad for my health. I don't mind if you take too much! As long as you are healthy!
