This afternoon, I lined up in a shop specializing on selling baking products only. I'll be baking a chocolate cake for New year and I want to have my ingredients ready. There were plenty of people in the shop but they're all wearing mask and face shield but the required 1 meter physical distance is not followed. I looked for Bensdorp cocoa powder, the one I used last time but they're already run out of supply so I got the other brand. I hope I get a good result. I'm a newbie on this whole thing and I'm still in the process of learning. I'll turn to YT if I encounter difficulty.

Tender loving care would be the reason?

How big is your shop? If it's small-ish, it might be hard to socially distance. I love chocolate cake. It is the BEST. Have you ever made a German chocolate cake?

You are right. It's just a small shop so the people line up outside and then allowed to enter on a certain number only. I would love to try that and look for the recipe. Thank you.

Good luck with using that chocolate powder in the photo. I have only used Bensdorp cocoa powder when I was in Pinas baking chocolate cake.

@ZedSmart I think you can also use the normal Tablea (our local chocolate) but you have to melt it in hot water and add sugar to it.

I wish you good luck on your baking a chocolate cake. You can document it for future use. Are doing it for business?
