I'm Afraid for the sudden surge of infection next month / myLot

People are uncontrollable when they rush for shopping for the new year revelry. I wonder where the authorities are and it's like the people are getting close to each other while choosing their buy. Sidewalk vendors gather also in the streets hoping to sell their goods to be able to put money in their pockets during this time. It's undeniable, most people will see to it that they can put something on their tables to welcome the new year, but I can see the risk for the scenario I have witnessed lately. I'll see what would happen next. I hope no more lock downs to happen.

I am extremely concerned. My father does not listen to me. He is 86. I am 60 plus and my aunt 86. I don't want lock down but I want my parent to stay put.

And this is why the virus has stayed this long. Lots of people are too stubborn to follow the guidelines, until they are personally affected by the virus. I understand that we still need to earn a living, but that does not mean that we should throw caution out the window.
