Starting Back on Keto/Low Carb Tomorrow

Hello again everyone, how are you all doing? Hopefully well. As the title says, I am starting back on my "diet" tomorrow (since it is still Sunday here for a few more minutes). Not sure what I will classify it as. When I am on plan, I stick to mostly a dirty keto diet...although some may say it is more just low carb. Whatever you want to call it - that's what I will be doing. I will have 20 to 25 net carbs a day with no more than 50 TOTAL carbs. I will share my food and numbers daily again like I was before. I may weigh in daily, not sure. Maybe I will just do a weekly weigh in. We'll see how it goes. I will get back to working out soon too - probably a week or two - sooner if I feel up to it. How about anyone else - starting a new diet, or getting back on track?

I am back to work today after a long break of 10 days. Felt good and it went well. Wishing you all luck with your diet and weight plan. I will stick to my exercise routine and follow healthy diet

Almost halfway through the first day back on....and going okay. Thank you, if I can stick to it for more than 3-4 days it should work out...but I know that's when I usually give up. Well tracking is not always necessary, but for some people it is better if they do. I know I have to track or I'd over eat. That's great your weight is coming down...I hope to say the same soon. I know my blood sugar already has.

For me it starts the week before Halloween since there are two birthdays in the family....and then I end up not going back on plan till January! I need to change that this year.

Thank you, I am going to try....just know I have trouble sticking to it past 3-4 days. But going to try no cheats till Valentine's Day.

Fortunately I lost 5 pounds before the holidays and didn't really gain any weight; so I will continue on my weight loss quest. Good luck with yours!
