Sleeping pills

Past midnight,I woke up because my husband is murmuring,
He cannot sleep because her mother is talking in the phone so loudly with more than hours.And the kids from upper flat keep running,so footsteps can hear in our room even it's closed.
Quarter to one I went to toilet next to mil room,after talking on the phone, she suddenly fall sleep and snoring,even we are making noise she's not waking up,and now it's quarter to 10 a.m she's still snoring.I think she took sleeping pills.
She used to have it so no doubt.
How about you ,have you tried it?
How long the effect of it?
I am scared to try, and I will never take it.

i know someone who took it and it worked the first time, but didn't the second time.

@hereandthere i remember I had one time last 2007,I asked to a friend.I take it but didn't effect on me.
