Stressed people love to sleep

Psychologists say that when a person tends to sleep more, he is stressed. I have to agree with this. Because when I am sad or stressed, I prefer to sleep in order to forget. They also say that when a person is always mad like they easily get mad even over small things, they lack love. I don't know if this is right. What do you think?

When I come home from work super stressed, I would immediately doze off to sleep and then wake up really late

that is normal..Some people drink to.forget, we sleep.to.forget.

Well for me it is the opposite, I have a hard time sleeping when I am stressed. But I think sleeping would help me get better but I think my adrenaline runs high at this point in time unless I am physically tired will I can only be able to stop worrying or getting stressed because I would definitely be sleepy during that day.

@Janet357 I am a bit anxious as l am ask to report to work tomorrow at the office. I guess my adrenaline will be on all time high again as l would be seeing my office again.

When I am depressed, I like to sleep a lot. When I am stressed, I like to eat sweets. I guess we all have our own ways of coping up, but I know mine are not healthy. So whenever I feel either, I workout, write it out, or meet with friends.

I am a person who gets anxiety issues and laying down and resting certainly helps to lighten up on my nervous tension

When I'm stressed, it's hard for me to sleep. When someone gets mad even over small things, they don't lack love. Instead, they NEED more love.

This is true. Love and a lot of patience. But it is hard to deal with people who easily get mad. I think they have mental problem.

@Janet357 I find that when I am stressed or have so much on my mind I cannot sleep so have to get up and think of ways to solve it. I would say bullies do not have a conscience and are never happy because they do not care and they use people and lie so until someone sees what they are really like then they think they are nice, but, they are liars.

It's true indeed. When one is sad or stressed they don't like to do anything hence sleep more. Without love, people feel emptiness in life hence mad behaviour

Stress is common for every one at times The only remedy for them is console them, love them more, soothe them Once they are they can think normally

I like the keyword console. But if the subject of your stress.is cold-hearted and evil, I don't think you can expect something from him or her.

When I am stressed I cannot sleep at all. I am surprised about what you wrote, because people who are under constant stress tend to have sleep problems. Unless they intend stress as "physical tiredness"...
