I made a fried sago this morning, Actually it's my first time to cook it. I was thinking it would be a good breakfast for us but when husband came from exercise,he said sago is not good for him. He said it will make him gain weight. He asked for toast bread then I gave him But I told him eat 2-3 spoon atleast of what I made an effort to cook. Well, me and monster in-law ate that fried sago with grined peanut She said I made it well Have you tried this recipe? Are you also aware of the food you eat?Rich in carb or not?

I didn't know we can fry sago. Or that must be a different thing. The only sago I know are those pearl in the Milk tea that I buy every time.

Yeah the same sago, I just soak in overnight, the small one, then morning drain water. Fry it with onions, grind peanut, green chilli, pinch of turmeric powder and any seasoning you want.yummy.

No I haven't tried that, I just learned it today from you, I haven't heard that you can fry a sago, all I know is the sago gulaman refreshments... which I really love. But now sago emerge into pearls hehehe black pearls that are being add-on milk tea.

Yeah the small sago you can fry when it's already soft. Soak into water overnight, then morning fry it with grind peanuts.

It looks good. Not sure exactly what it is, but it does look good. I would have eaten it. I think there is probably as much carb in that as there is in toast, and that looks way better than toast to me.

I never knew about fried sago. I am only aware about my food if it's instant food (instant noodles, chicken nuggets, canned foods). If it's something I cooked myself I like to think it's healthy food.
