I made a fried sago this morning,
Actually it's my first time to cook it.
I was thinking it would be a good breakfast for us but when
husband came from exercise,he said sago is not good for him.
He said it will make him gain weight.
He asked for toast bread then I gave him
But I told him eat 2-3 spoon atleast of what I made an effort to cook.
Well, me and monster in-law ate that fried sago with grined peanut
She said I made it well
Have you tried this recipe?
Are you also aware of the food you eat?Rich in carb or not?

I didn't know we can fry sago. Or that must be a different thing. The only sago I know are those pearl in the Milk tea that I buy every time.

No I haven't tried that, I just learned it today from you, I haven't heard that you can fry a sago, all I know is the sago gulaman refreshments... which I really love. But now sago emerge into pearls hehehe black pearls that are being add-on milk tea.
