I made my dad a colouring book....

Just in case you don't know, my dad has been out of work for quite some time due to having a toe (well now toes) amputated. Anyway don't want to talk about all that again but long story short, he is out of work and he is often very bored due to it!
The other day when my dad and I were doing grocery shopping, he saw some pencils and colouring books. And he said that he was that bored that he will just pick one up and keep his hands busy colouring. 
During that night he did indeed start colouring. So it gave me an idea to print out colouring pages that are more tailored to his interests.
So the photo is mine showing all the pages I printed out. I couldn't fit them all in the photo but basically there are some John Denver pages, raccoons, The Simpsons, Family Guy, eagles, Coyote & Roadrunner and a few more pages. These are all things he likes and pretty much the same as me really.
I gave it all to him and he was happy and appreciated it. He was smiling and laughing at all the pictures. I'm glad it made him happy and can't wait to see what they look like after they are coloured.

Sorry to hear about the condition of your dad.
Great that you are able to print those coloring pages. A couple are a favorite of mine like The Simpsons and Family Guy.

@VivaLaDani13 I hope so too. I find them for my kids every now and then that isn’t like a kids coloring coloring book. They like the adult ones that that have like flours or cool patterns

I am feeling good thank you. I am all better from the cold (or whatever it was) and I just started up my course again on Tuesday.

Adult coloring books have caught on as an inexpensive way to provide therapy to adults. I wouldn't mind coloring a few pages as well. If children can do it, why not adults?
