Too Shy to Pick up the Coin

After paying our Internet bill at 7/11 shop, I walk few distance to the next building where our lawyer's office is located. At the sidewalk, I spotted a 10 peso coin on the ground. The the other person following me is few meters away and nobody is coming on my way but I'm too shy too pick up the coin I saw. With that coin, I could alread buy a two pieces of bread for snack in the bakery I pass while going to the lawyer's office. Photo credit: pixabay.com

I'm not shy, I just don't want to pick it up. Unless it's in my house where I know it belong to my family, I would most likely ignore or hand it over to the police. The ones in my house will go to my coin jar.

In my case I would pick it up. It's a money not a garbage or waste. Why should I be shy or afraid to pick it up?
