A manager at a fast food restaurant making friends with a positive message

I am impressed with the method that Wendy's restaurant assistant manager April DiDonna is doing by not only thanking her customers who go to the drive thru at the store in Oak Harbor Washington, April also tells the customer that they are loved.
If the customer tells April that he or she loves her in return, April places that return of her love message on a board that she keeps inside the store.
Since April started this positive message since October 3 2020, the number of customers returning her "I love you" message has reached over 2,500 on her scoreboard.
April has gained the admiration not only of her customers, she has also gained the admiration of the management at Wendy's as well.
I like a person who has a positive message to people that they meet at work or at home since in these harsh time of strife and hatred, hearing the words "I love you." is well appreciated.

That's natural. Any business venture is doing that. That's a part of business promotion and holding on customers. That's one of sales strategies.
