Forgetful Days

I am not sure if I am alone on this one but it seems like I get days when I am way more forgetful than I am normally. I am glad it at least happened on a weekend but it is really annoying. i made it all the way to the store today, only to realize I forgot my wallet. I walked outside and completely forgot why I went out there to begin with and had to retrace my steps. I'm still relatively young so I don't think it is anything too concerning, at least I hope not, but still frustrating and it makes you think. Maybe I need some ginkgo biloba. I hear that is good for memory.

So it's not just me. I read that B12 is very good for the brain, maybe that would help.

I went to the grocery store earlier, and forgot almond milk. I even have it written down on my phone, and for some reason either I missed it, or I am just in a hurry to get out of there.

I also hear seaweed is good for memory. Don't know whether that's true or not.

Hydrating yourself regularly can help w/memory, also be careful what you eat & the medications you take. Some med side effects can mimic dementia or even schizophrenia symptoms.

I get this quite a lot. It started when I was about 50 And now ten years later it is much worse. I forgot where about in a strange city that I had parked my motorbike. 3 hours it took me to find it. My wife was getting really worried when I was 2 hours late home and was on the cusp of phoning the police. Worst of all of course is that it never crossed my mind to phone and tell her my plight. It takes me three visits back to the bathroom before I am convinced that I have turned the light off after using it. The list is endless.
