Decided to watch the entire series of NCIS: Los Angeles

I love NCIS: Los Angeles.
I never watched it as it aired on CBS.
Only watched reruns from time to time on other channels.
I finally decided that I want to watch the entire series of NCIS: Los Angeles.
I will be DVRing episodes that will air on TV.
I set the DVR to record all episodes airing on all channels.
This may result in the same episodes being recorded more than once, but at least this way I don't have to worry about checking to see if any unrecorded episodes are finally airing on TV so I can record them.
I may still need to double check to make sure that all aired episodes are set to record.
One episode wasn't, even though I have it set to record series.
I wish I had decided to do this sooner as I could've already had most of the episodes recorded.
So far, I have most of season 4 and 9, and some episodes in seasons 3 and 10 set to record.
It will take a long time to watch the series because there are twelve seasons and I have to wait for all of the episodes to be available on TV so I can record them.

I've watched only a few random episodes that appeared on tv but it's a pretty cool show,

Not yet. No episodes from season 1 or 2 on TV yet.

@samysotelo18 Me too! The TV guide on the cable so far went up to part of Feb 1st. More episodes should record Feb 1st once the TV guide updates with further dates.

Do you have a video streaming service? Most major networks have full series available for viewing.

I don't. I was thinking of maybe getting CBS: All Access as there are two new Star Trek series I would watch. We watched some of those seasons already when hubby got the free trial months ago. But I found out that CBS: All Access doesn't have NCIS: Los Angeles on it in its entirety, I think only a few episodes. So I won't get that.

I really enjoyed that show along with Criminal Minds and others of that ilk. I hope you get them all, in order would be super nice.

I want to watch them in order so I cannot watch any of the scheduled recordings until I get the first seasons on DVR. They are not yet appearing on TV so nothing to record. 
Would be awesome if they had it online but for free and not in a subscription service.

@lovebuglena Keep your eyes open, you know how they are on cable. They will get around to all of them eventually but they do like taking them out of order so you can't easily build the series out yourself. Good luck.

@Namelesss Yeah that sucks. Like they will have a day that will air back to back episodes of a season in order but they may skip a few within the season. And seems I have to double check that airing episodes that weren't available before and are now available will actually record even though I have the record series option. There were some yesterday that appeared but they didn't have the record symbol next to them for some reason.
