Hello everyone, hope you all had a good day. It's getting late here but wanted to share my weight loss journey post for the day. I will try and catch up with everyone tomorrow, I need sleep after I get this posted. Weigh in: Yesterday - 192.6 Today: 191.8 I did go down almost a pound of water weight. I know I should weigh in only once a week but I like to see what is happening daily. Blood sugars: Fasting - 186 Meal 1 -199 Meal 2 - 124 Meal 3 - 95 Let's see what I ate today. Meal 1: Oven roasted turkey - deli meat, 1 string cheese Also had a Atkin's dessert bar (thinking that is what spiked my sugar) Meal 2: Taco meat (about 5 oz), shredded cheese, sour cream, and no sugar added ketchup Followed this with one of my low carb "crunch bars" Meal 3: More of the turkey from meal 1, some pork rinds and melted cheese Total macros for the day: Calories -1,413 Fat - 89 Protein -105 Total Carbs - 53 Net Carbs - 33 Macros were not too bad for the day, even though it was more of a snack-y day. Just didn't want to cook. I like to cook, when I am in the mood to do so LOL. What do you think of day 16? Also, how did you do?

What I heard it was 21 days. Happy? Pshh...I eat the way I want and I don't lose weight or help my blood sugar, I eat low carb and it's miserable. Doesn't seem like a win either way

Was okay....but clearly it wasn't good enough for the scale. And that's always a good plan, though not fun

You're getting there. I had a bowl of Tuscan white bean soup.

Blood sugar wise, definitely not scale wise. Sounds like an interesting soup.

That's amazing. I am down 4 pounds from yesterday, but I am bigger so I can lose more until I drop a bit.
