Number Ten And Not Liking The Number? And Not Forgetting Super Sanchez...

One of those telephone survey question automatic things that they send you by phone you know. They want you to evaluate their service by numbering from one to ten what you think of them. First of all I was thinking when you stop robbing me I might give you a real ten out of ten but still just for peace´s sake I will say ten and so you don´t keep calling me back which is what they do if you give a negative review. So I gave them a "ten" and the message says back "sorry we don´t understand you". Okay so I will give a nine instead and they seemed to like that better than a ten for some reason unknown to me. Like the number ten does not seem to compute with them you know resonate too good so I will stick with nine in the future. Even after that this telephone company has still not honoured anything its like when we took up with them it was like jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. As here in Spain we would say "hemos salido de Guatemala a Guatepeor". So SuperSanchez still lets all this fraud go on and on hmmm something to think about there but not too much. Hoping its peaceful for everyone around the World have a great rest of the Week ahead. Video is about Super Sanchez who always says tomorrow instead of yes we will do it today

I don’t get those calls nor do surveys. However, if it ever happens, 9 is the number I will use, too.

@DianneN So did I not to be so nice to them seems they don´t care for it or like it makes them uncomfortable. I am learning how I can get around that situation real quick.

I only answer the telephone surveys if I am in the mood to answer them. Than I will give all 9 and 10.

I only answered that one because I had been directly on the phone to them otherwise the phone goes right down right away.

I only did in that case because it was personal to me with dealings with them about a bill they have sent us. You are supposed to rate it so I did nine and I was being way too generous.

Its what they do here Jan like it or not its what they do. You can always put the phone down on them right away so if you do they keep calling you back with offers so best way to get rid of them is to just say nine and away.

@lovinangelsinstead21 How odd for them to not like 10 when it's the best rating. I've never had a phone call like this before. I was unable to understand what was being said in the video but I still found it entertaining. Thank you for sharing.

That is the Prime Minister of Spain being impersonated of course in a comical way which is the only way you can make any sense out of what is going on. Its true that they seem to think you are sort of being false if you give them a 10 rating as is I would ever be so two faced. So nine seems to agree better with them for ??? reason. A bit of a laugh will go much further than getting my hair off about what they are doing with the charges they are charging.

I hate businesses that want to recontact you all the time. I currently have a doctor's office doing that, and it is driving me insane.

That´s just how I feel about things like that. I mean if you want something from them then you contact them not them ringing you up all the time. They are tiresome know how you feel.

Never have one of those calls. I might think they're scam and hung up immediately.

Some of them are scams yes but not those ones where they say who they are after all if they don´t like me giving them a ten rating I will stick to a nine instead.

One of the main reasons I try to keep away from them as much as possible we are looking for a better service elsewhere not saying who they are either. If you give them a bad review they can´t take it and bombard with you offers non stop have tried that one before once bitten twice shy.
