Holy Policalypse, Batman!

That is Police-Apocalypse!
My dream was all sorts of crazy last night, and since I know there are a few here who like to read about it, I will tell you about it here. It's VERY LONG, so I'm only going to describe some scenes.
Off to the grocery store
The dream started out with me getting in the car to go to the grocery store. In my dream, instead of turning either right or left to get to one of the exits of my neighborhood, we drove straight. There are two exits we can access by going straight out of our cul de sac. It's while we're getting closer to one of them that I tell my relative to "slow down, what's going on?"
Several civilian men in winter gear were holding guns and shooting at police officers.
"Wait no, reverse! REVERSE!" I shouted as one of the men started running for our car. In what can only be described as dream stupidity I got out and attempted to assist the police officers.
It was only after I assisted that I realized THE POLICE were the bad guys.
"Put your hand in the air! PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR NOW!" I did as I was told, already realizing by the glint in the officer eye's that things were not as they seemed. The civilian who tried to stop my car gave me a pitying look.
Ambush!
The civilians ended up ambushing the cops and we ran, ran to the main road where many people were gathered. "There's safety in numbers." The group said.
"What's going on?" I asked.
No one knew. The general consensus was that the police were bad, gone rogue somehow and were assaulting everyone. "We can't trust anyone."
But we were safe... for now
A LOT more happened in my dream but the discussion would be even longer. I will say that there was a part of a dream in a house, one in a thrift store, one on an open two-lane highway

Are you reading any thriller novels ?
Kind of a part of your recently movie stills or book story appeared as your Dream.
by the way what happened to that Police ? Did you had a good/happy ending to that dream ?
I will tell you my story -- I watched a movie related to Haunted house, and In that movie, it was shown that a girl with face covered with long hair will appear in dark most of the time. ( I watched it in morning as I usually avoid watching such movies at night for betterment of my heart 
)
If you are thinking that night I got a dream of "that" girl ? Then you are wrong Though I had a dream which had beautiful girl in it 
1 month later, I had to sleep in hall (drawing room) alone, ( Actually I sleep in same room as that of my sister and my aunts, and I don't have a bed, I sleep on floor with my 2 dogs. ) Please note it was a normal day, I don't think I watched a movie on that day. I got a dream of that haunted house girl, sitting on top of cupboard and watching me, it was so scary that, whenever I see that cupboard, I can imagine the whole scene how it was in dream.
This what now avoids me to be alone at night in drawing room with no lights.

I do not remember quite what happened with the police at the end of my dream. I just remember we all dispersed.
Oh no! Sometimes our subconscious will reminds us of things we have watched even months later.

I only remember my dreams if they are happening right before I wake up. Sometimes I wake up early but lay in bed not really sleeping for awhile. That was today.

That happens to me when I have a restless sleep, my mind decides I don't need to remember what it was I dreamed.

I had several weird dreams myself last night. Maybe yours had something to do with the demonstrations at the Capitol Building.

I was thinking that it probably did have something to do with that and a combination of watching Chicago Fire.
