In a move that in my opinion is a great deal since the National Football League (NFL) has been dealing with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic which has forced many teams to limit the number of fans to attend football games or have the venue closed to the public, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced on Friday that 7,500 free tickets will be given away to first responders. Most of the free tickets will be given to first responders who are employed in the Tampa and Central Florida region since the Big Game will be played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Florida on February 7, 2021. All 32 teams in the league will be able to give away free tickets to first responders as their way of thanking them to assist persons who fell ill due to the pandemic. It is nice to see the NFL try to rebuild their image by saluting our brave men and women who risked their lives to make persons who fell ill to the virus feel better.

That's one way to not up fill up seats but give back. Not surprised Florida will be home to the Superbowl, as it's wide open and people can move freely.

I saw a news story about that here. Two healthcare workers at one of the hospitals will be going to the game with their spouses.

That's not good though the intention is in good faith. But Covid isn't totally eradicated. If I were, I won't go. I just watch it in TV. What about you?

I would stay away from any sports arena during this pandemic and watch the game on television.
