I Think In February I'm Going To Try Something New...

I am not sure it is going to work for me, and am definitely going to use the free version.....but Keto/low carb itself is so hard to stick to for me.
What I am thinking of trying is the WW (Weight Watchers). I will still have mostly low carb things...but I will still be able to allow the foods I like in small amounts based on portions.
I found a blog on someone who does it for free (doesn't pay to use the program) and gave the info I need to see how many points I need, and then another tool to be able to check the points in the foods I consume.
Have you ever done this program (old or new version)? My mom used to and I remember her going to all the meetings.
I am thinking it is worth a shot, just don't want to pay in case it doesn't work out.
Anyways, if I decide to do this I will go into the details in a few days.

I wouldn't pay for a weight loss plan, either. I know they offer a free trail, but that's not worth it, if you don't stick to it. If you can do it for free, then more power to you.

@kaylachan Something I LIKE would to be just to eat the things I enjoy - but that won't get me weight loss or better blood sugars. I can still do low carb-ish with this I think at least.

This is my version of a free trial....i think it's worth trying though. I can always go back to just low carb

Not sure it will, but it is worth a shot. May work with weight loss, however not sure how my blood sugars will do.

Thank you for sharing, and that is great! I am a picky eater so I don't eat all food groups, but controlling portions may be helpful. Best of luck with losing 20 more.

Diets are not really fun...so that's good if you don't need them!

That is okay...and whatever works for you is best. Not sure this will work for me or not.

4 to 5 times a week, usually an hour and a half

As long as it keeps within your blood sugar levels...I wouldn't pay for a weight loss program either. Good luck!

Well their cheapest deal is almost $4 per WEEK! So definitely not paying for that. I don't know if it will help my blood sugar - although it should still be mostly low carb.
