Rendang is a typical Indonesian dish originating from the Minangkabau area. Very well known throughout Indonesia, it has even been one of the most delicious dishes in the world. Made from meat cooked using various kinds of spices and coconut milk. This is my menu for today. Have you ever tasted it?

It seems that the taste of rendang is suitable for the tongue of Indians who like a lot of spices in their cooking.

As you say it is an Indonesian dish. It is not known here. It must be very good as you use coconut milk and all sorts of spices. We love coconut and spices in our area. We use coconut in every dish here, Hot and sweet alike.

That's right, apart from being sweet and savory, rendang is also a little spicy.

Right, it's beef. But it can also be replaced with boiled eggs or chicken meat. The seasoning remains the same.

That's right, Padang restaurant cooking is synonymous with rendang. This is their signature menu, don't you think?

This is beef prepared with lots of spices and coconut milk. But it can also be replaced with chicken or eggs. If you are not vegetarian I sure will like it.

I think you will like it because in ancient times Europeans really liked spices from Asia. It's just that I don't know how they use it.

Of course there are many types of seasonings, but I cannot mention them one by one here. I was afraid of. You can search the internet for how to make rendang spices.
