Love for chocolates is across all age groups!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing well. I am doing good too. It's so surprising that days are passing so quickly. I was wondering today that chocolates are mostly liked by all across all age groups. I was reminsing the old childhood days when we use to eat different types of chocolates and candies in a carefree way without thinking much about calorie intake and all, lol. When we were going through teenage, at that time some people were conscious and now at adult age too. Personally speaking, before few years I wasn't thinking much about calories intake much provided I didn't use to have it often much and not in huge quantities. I have chocolates now occasionally and in portion control manner. Whenever I eat it I make sure not to have any guilt while eating it and after I have eaten too. I do my workouts regularly so enjoy everything in proper portion. I like almost all chocolates. My favourite ones are Cadbury dairy milk, Five-star and Kitkat. Kindly let me know which is your favourite chocolate and how often you have it.
