These people in the neighborhood seem to forget the time

Not bad if they're enjoying singing but having fun during this very hour is not good. The noise may not too loud and they're just inside in their own home but it can still be heard clearly by the nearest neighbors. It's almost 1 in the morning here and I think that karaoke singing is not permissable within these hours especially that the curfew starts at 11. Sometimes, it's really hard to understand people and if you will complain about their deeds, it's you who appear bad for them.

That must be so annoying. I am lucky to live in a very quiet neighborhood.

Yes, I'd love to live in quiet places but that's impossible for now.

Thank God here I really can't hear my neighbors much, especially this time of the year.

They live few meters away from us and there voice is very audible. I think I'll sleep pretending to be listening from a lullaby.

That's great and it's always if you're living in a peaceful and quiet place.

If it only happens once in a long time that's okay--more than that ask them to hold it down or start the party earlier or invite you!!

They should start earlier because it's known to them that there's this existing policies due to pandemic and aside from that there's also this ordinance prohibiting noises like that in certain hours. Well, peoples like that. Violate rules and try to become innocent when caught or confronted.

If you complain, they think you are the worst. Maybe, on a night when they are quiet, you could play your music really loudly. Of course, I realise that that won't work. But I'm sure that's what you feel like doing sometimes.

When you do noise as sort od retaliation and they were disturbed, most probably they're the most vocal to complain.

Thankfully I don't have noisy neighbors. I know what it is like.

Not often heard this and I think these people have celebrated an occasion. A birthday maybe. Tsk! They should have done it earlier.

If it gets to worse, better to inform the authorities.

I think somebody had confronted them because a couple of minutes later, they stop.

That is very annoying. I thought it is no longer allowed to have a karaoke noise at that time of the evening.

That is true. You know violators do and then act innocent when caught or reprimanded.
