These tiny white hairs

I have tiny white hairs that are very itchy. I sometimes ask my friend to pluck them but after a few days, they are there again. Do you have the same problem? Can plucking really just worsen the growth of it?

All my hair is white, so not going to pluck it

I don't have that problem, but I doubt that plucking can cause more hair growth. If it was true, my husband would pluck all the hairs out of his head!

Some old folks will say that we do need to remove them. Why? They might become many. For me, it is a myth.
