What have you learned late in life?

Lately I am still learning to control my emotions, especially in front of people. Because if I get emotional, I will regret what I said and I did to others, and other people would not care about my emotions and some would even laugh at the stupidity I caused for a moment's emotion. that's just a little story from me. I am happy if you would like to share your experiences for my lessons

there is a lady who always tells her problems to me and so.I listen but when i speak, she does.not listen.

Just be sure that when you open your reasoning to others, you are armed with righteousness and that no matter what people say to you, they will realize at the end that you are an intelligent, respectable person, cool and calm. However, when you are facing a narcissist, just leave in silence.
