Shawn Fallon who is a supervisor for the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) made a female who was searching for a ring that belonged to her late grandmother when he climbed into a vent near Grand Central Terminal.
Shawn who is a supervisor of the company will simply say he was just doing his duty to find lost items that get lost in the city.
When the female reunited with the ring that Shawn located for her at her request, she was very thankful for Shawn doing his duty to reunite her lost grandmother's ring that she relayed the good news to the officials of the MTA who are proud that one of their employees did his work to the best of his ability.

What a special story. I would like to know how Shawn found out who the ring belonged to.

The young lady asked Shawn to assist her to find the missing ring. My error on my part not to add that in the details,
