Silly (stupid) people in more than one situation

Yesterday, late afternoon I saw two guys in our snowy and icy road. One was driving a motorcycle and the other has a roap and was on a snowboard behind the motorcycle. They went down our street and a little bit later came back around again.
A little later I noticed the one on the snowboard had fallen down in the street so he became the driver and another person joined them with an additional snowboard making two following the motorcycle.
I really doubt that's legal on a city street here and certainly don't be doing it just before dark.

Tonight after work while waiting for my car to warm up we, me and a co-worker I was giving a ride home saw the young ladies running. None had coats or winter gear of any type and one had a summer dress on.
The weather right now is 3f, -16xxx celcius. It would have been close to that an hour ago because the sun had already set.

I've seen a car towing someone on a disk, which is so stupid! We were in Saginaw in a WalMart parking lot, one boy was wearing shorts and flip flops on his feet! It was probably 20 degrees that day

@kobesbuddy that happens here too. I see a lot of grown men that come into the store with sandals and shirts in the winter. Maybe the boys live with dads that so the same thing.
There's two young men that work here that don't wear coats or sweaters outside in rent degree weather.

I called the cops on the snowboarders but I don't know if they came out maybe that's why eventually they quit or they realized it was getting to dark

@LadyDuck they have too much land to cover. In the summer there are bigger (chips-no clue what this was supposed to be) but in the summer there wouldn't be any snow boarding either.

Right. The guys could have flipped out lost control in some way or a driver might not see them in time.
We knew the girls had to be cold because they ran into the store. At least they were smart that way.

Maybe they were never taught common sense.
My hubs claims that one winter day growing up he went outside to help his mom bring the groceries in. He wasn't dressed week either. No shift and no shoes or socks. His mom got mad at him. Now he knows to wear a coat but sometimes he still wears shorts in the winter mostly because it's a hassle to keep changing.

@just4him I think they are either hot blooded or keep a coat in the car. They're not planning on falling outside.

@MarshaMusselman There's a guy at church who wears shorts year round. I don't understand how he could do that. When I went to Wal-Mart the other day, there was a guy there with shorts, no jacket and it was in the negatives outside. I just don't understand this behavior.

That is dangerous and glad no one got hurt. I am waiting for the really warm weather to begin in the spring but today was not bad and tonight it is 66
