Singing I am told is extremely good for our lungs even if one is off tune. I like to sing. I do not have a good voice but I do not go false. In my younger days I was in the choir and sang in a group but never a solo My sister sang solo.
I now have the karaoke craze and have recorded a few songs. I have downloaded the recorder from Google Chrome which is free.

I do not have a machine but the Net provides free background music and as I have said in my post I have recorded a few simple songs.

Whenever we have a get together, we see to it that we have a videoke so we can sing and that was a lot of fun. Though as of now, we minimize the activities but hopefully, when everything goes back to normal, we can do it again.

@DianneN Nothing when compared to good singers. I am keen that I do not go false and I need to practice a lot. Singing is such a pleasant pass time.

I love to sing. I might be a mismatch to my musical family...I am not a performer like others. But I sing for pleasure. I sang a lot to my daughters when they were young and I sing to my students.

Same here. We have some good singers in our family and I do not match them. Singing and happiness go hand in hand.
