Today is the 7th day of being smoke free!

I stopped smoking since February 8, 2021 and that was a week ago. Today is the 7th day that I'm not smoking and I'm so glad and proud of what I was able to accomplish. It is actually hard for me to stop. It took me a lot of years of thinking what are the things that I can do to stop it but nothing works. I'm so glad that I'm finally smoke free!
Before I'm spending a lot of money from 9 packs of cigarette every month. Now I'm counting how much I can save money every month since I stopped smoking.

Congratulations it is hard to do I know all about it my ex husband was extremely grumpy when he was trying after I had our son I told him if he did not go get a pack Inwas going to do it myself and I did . Eventually he did quit but this time was not his time.

@tech40 Yeah it sucks people can smell it on you for sure that is one thing Indid not like when my ex smoked.
