Today I am reminded of a half a million years ago when I was a preteen just exploring the world of the wide web. My browser was full of bookmarks for different pop groups and solo artists.
My mom's was full of crafty stuff.
I don't use the bookmark feature much anymore, but mostly it's full of things I want to buy, writing resources, keto recipes and... No craft blogs.
That isn't to say I haven't come across a few that I like. This series is about those blogs.
The first one being : Repeat Crafter Me
The name is cute, the patterns she has are cute, and she also has crockpot recipes.
Here's the link for those who want to check it out.

I need to go out in the garage and pull out some yarn and practice some things I found on Pinterest.

@Tina30219 Oh, there's videos for that on youtube too. I still struggle with that sometimes which is why I almost always follow a pattern.

@paigea Plus I do surveys, write... Some of the house chores get postponed. Case in point, I haven't folded the laundry that needs folding but the dishes are clean and the bathroom is done. I need to vacuum though.

She has some very cute patterns. There's lots you can do with yarn that doesn't involve crocheting or knitting too. I've seen people make rugs out of yarn by cutting equally sized strips and tying it onto some backing.

@thelme55 You are very welcome. I think yarn rugs or t-shirt cuttings would be easier to wash than some of the rugs that are made today.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I have always thought to make rugs out of old clothes cuttings and I always forgot. Thanks for reminding me this.

I've been more careful to not over-exert myself when I craft. I don't want to damage my hands so I stop when they get too sore or achy.

I agree. I feel like most crafty youtubers also have a blog, other social media and an etsy shop.

I'm trying to get back into blogs. It's a good way to find free patterns and crochet tips.
