Nasi Uduk

I have never explained Nasi Uduk, and it's the same as Nasi Lemak in Malaysia but of course with a different side dish. Generally very simple, just with the omelette egg may be delicious. What do you think about this food?

Yes, omelet and it's fried vermicelli noodles (made from dried rice).

It looks ok but needs some colour added to it like tomato, carrot spring onions. I like coconut rice!
