More Relaxed Today

I finally heard from my doctor after days of being messed around. She was very pleasant and put me on iron tablets and antibiotics on top of my other meds.
I went to the clinic for a change of dressings which went smoothly and responded to a message from a neighbour who had found my wallet. Not knowing where I lived she put it in a local convenience store for me to collect it. Until I got her message I hadn't even noticed my wallet had gone off for adventures by itself. I popped to the shop and got it back, very grateful for my neighbour's honesty.

That does sound like you've had a better day. I hope everything was still in your wallet when you returned for it. I'm happy to hear you did get it back, too.

@LadyDuck it was very soon after I dropped the wallet - I would have noticed very soon afterwards but the lady beat me to it

Glad your doctor contacted you Arthur. All GP appointments seem to be by telephone appointment. I ended up going to hospital in an ambulance the other day. I had thorough checkups at least. My GP follow up was by phone today
