Stay At Home - Gain Or Lose Weight ?

Staying at home during this pandemic for me have caused me to gain some pounds. I guess I need to start exercising at home. Reason being is working from home causes me to sit more and not move or walk about... Time to get that exercise mat out, never been an indoor exercise person.

It's actually easy to exercise indoor. There are lot of videos on YouTube. Even on walking.

I make sure I go out for a walk every day (weather permitting), but you're right it's easy to gain weight at home.

Yes, weather's a factor too. If it rains a lot hard to go out for walks or runs...

I am in the sake situation as you. I already started exercising for almost 20 days, one hour a day. I feel lighter (not in real pounds). I know I will get there in losing the pounds.

I have not gained weight, I walk every day and I go up and down the stairs many times a day.

Same with me. Staying at home makes me gain some pounds and i really need to do work out but here i am lying on the couch while eating snack
