Afraid, brave, neutral reaction??

When growing up, it reaches a time when you're supposed to start school.
I remember my mom took me for admission to this primary school which was near my kindergarten.
I was a little nervous, but guess what? I adjusted within minutes since my class teacher was very friendly and took care of us like my mom. It was much fun than I expected, afternoon came and I was to go home.
I felt bad. But The next day we wii be together, said my class teacher when mom came to pick me up.
What do you remember your first day in school as a kid??

@May2k8 That's fine I started earlier since my kindergarten was near my primary so it was easy for me

@May2k8 you were very afraid I guess. Imagine my mom took me to school and came back for me the first day only and the rest of the days I went all alone

@JudyEv I think 1974 when they started accepting six years old in grade one. I still remember my mom asked the teacher to let my brother in since he was big and no one would notice that he was younger for the allowed age.He was placed at the back seat but good was not noticed because he cried a lot while my mom waited until the school day ended.

I remember when we were to go outside to play for play break, I thought it was time to go home. So I left walking home for the day
