Have you ever broken a bone ? / myLot

I am lucky in that I have never broken a bone ....I can't imagine the pain. My Father gas reached an age and stage where he is having a few falls now. It worries me alot as I know his body is not strong enough now to make a full recovery... Broken bones ...joints remain weak ! Have you ever broken a bone ? How did it happen ?

Yes, around 3 years old I fell from a height of 2 meters and broke my wrist.

Yes, when I was 6 years old, I fell off a porch and broke my arm. Sorry about your Dad, is he using a walker or a cane?

Yes, when I was 6 years old, I climbed a fence and when I was on the top I fell. I badly broke my right elbow... I still feel the pain when the weather changes.

Many years ago I broke a bone in my ankle while playing football. To be honest it didn't hurt as much as I expected. Took me 3 days to decide I should go and get it X-rayed.
